Quick pricing
You don’t have to wait for a site visit to find out roughly what you’re looking at. Send us a couple of photos and the measurements and we’ll come straight back with a guide price.
The whole area from a distance, plus anything awkward — steps, slopes, narrow access or an existing surface that needs taking up.
Metres or feet, whichever is easier. A tape measure is ideal but pacing it out gets us close enough for a guide.
Email or text the photos and measurements with your postcode. We’ll reply with a guide price, usually the same day.
A guide price is an estimate to give you a ballpark figure. The final fixed price is confirmed after a free site visit, once we’ve seen the ground, access and levels for ourselves.
What to send
A guide price is only as good as what we can see. You don’t need to be precise — but the more of the list below you can cover, the tighter the number we can give you.

Measuring up
Two numbers is all we need. Pace it out if you haven’t got a tape — one long stride is about a metre.
Measure the width at the widest point and the length from the pavement to the garage or house. If it’s an odd shape, split it into two rectangles and send both sets of numbers.
Width x length of the slabbed area you want. If there are steps involved, tell us roughly how many and how much of a drop there is between levels.
Length of the wall and how high you want it — or how much soil it needs to hold back. A photo from the side helps us see the levels.
What happens next
WhatsApp, text or email — whichever suits. Photos, measurements and a postcode.
Usually the same day. A realistic range for the work, with the finishes and any options explained.
Happy with the guide? We come out, check the ground, access and levels and confirm a fixed written price.
Agree a start date and we get on with it — guaranteed for five years, T&Cs apply.
Good to know
Close, for most straightforward jobs. What moves a price is what we can’t see in a photo — how deep the existing base goes, how soft the ground is, and whether there’s drainage to sort. That’s why the fixed price comes after the site visit.
Not at all. A guide price is a number to help you decide whether it’s worth taking further. There’s no obligation and we won’t chase you.
Usually the same day, Monday to Saturday. If we’re out on site it might be that evening — but you won’t be waiting days.
Send the photos anyway. If it’s something we’d need to see before putting a number on it, we’ll tell you straight away and arrange a visit instead.
Send them across on WhatsApp, by text or by email with the width and length, and we’ll get a guide price back to you.
